Miranda Daby is a postpartum registered nurse (RN) and lactation consultant (IBCLC). Working side by side with families as they experience bringing new life into this world is a passion of hers. She loves helping to empower families to feel knowledgeable and strong as they learn to nurture new life and bond with their child.
Miranda earned a B.S. in Child Development and a Masters in Nursing at the University of Minnesota and went on to become a board-certified Lactation Consultant. Miranda has worked in a hospital setting as a postpartum nurse and at a birth center as a post-partum nurse and lactation consultant, where she has done breastfeeding and postpartum education. She enjoys learning about the history of childbirth and how different cultures view birth and parenthood.
Miranda treasures motherhood and family. She lives in the Twin Cities with her husband and their three children. She loves seeing how the role of parenting evolves as her children grow and learn -- she takes on that responsibility wholeheartedly. Miranda loves spending time with her family and friends, cooking and baking, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors.
